In the main street of the historic center of Sansepolcro, on the second and top floor of a historic building, we sell a renovated apartment with the recovery and conservation of the original materials.

The kitchen, the main bathroom and the "ensuite" bathroom partly built in masonry are finished with high quality and valuable majolica.
The residence is bright with large windows, one of which with access to a small balcony. On the ground floor there is a small cellar for woodshed use.
